Based on their own years of experience in the industry, PROLINE Vactor Services, Inc. was formed in 1998 by co-owners Todd Blum and Paul Possanza who recognized an opportunity to provide niche professional pipe cleaning and televising services in the Florida market. They "believe in doing a few things well and offering those services to a broad range of customers."

President Todd Blum runs the operations of the Lake Worth, Florida-based company. PROLINE has an experienced team of 22 people and owns a state-of-the-art fleet of cleaning and televising vehicles providing a full range of services. Within five years the company has grown to become one of the largest of its kind in the state.

Although PROLINE started out primarily serving South Florida contractors, developers and municipalities, as word of PROLINE's services and expertise spreads, its customer list is steadily growing throughout the state.
